In providing services relating to real estate transactions, development, and investment, TRIPLE NETS, INC. appropriately identifies and manages transactions that may create conflicts of interest so that the interests of clients and other stakeholders are not unfairly harmed.

We value fairness and transparency in transactions with landowners, tenant companies, corporate property owners, investors, financial institutions, and other parties. Where a potential conflict of interest exists, we review the relationships between the parties, transaction terms, and other relevant circumstances and, as appropriate, implement measures suited to our organization, including disclosure, internal approval, and segregation of responsibilities.
